A Day Trip To West Edmonton Mall
West Edmonton Mall is a large place, and it can be hard to figure out what to do. Here is what a day trip to West Edmonton Mall looks like for me.
Favourite Stores
1. Sephora
When you first enter the mall you will see a whole bunch of stores, depending on your entrance. One specific I always love going to is the Sephora on the upper level. It’s usually fairly stocked and has plenty of famous brands that will satisfy your shopping needs.
2. Bath and Body Works
I always love going to Bath and Body Works to smell all the scents. The store is pretty big and the scents are fun to smell for a solid half hour. I would recommend checking out Bath and Body Works during your day trip to West Edmonton Mall.
3. Miniso
I personally love Miniso. It is a cute Japanese store that has a variety of plushies and cute trinkets that are fairly priced. The plushies are super soft and amazing to cuddle with!
4. Clothing Stores
Throughout the mall their are multiple clothing stores that you can go in. I love stopping by Urban Planet, Ardenes, American Eagle, Aerie, Garage, and many more. The trick is to walk around every section of the mall and go to what catches your eye.
5. Indigo
The Indigo in the mall is amazing if you are a book lover. There is a Starbucks and a large kids section. If you are looking for a book Indigo is the place to go.
6. The Lego Store
This Lego store is one of the largest indoor Lego stores in Canada! Its a great place to stop if you are a Lego fanatic like me.
There are plenty more amazing stores that I may have not mentioned. You can use the directory to find any store you want! Walk around and enjoy all of your options. Some of the smaller stores are just as fun to explore.
Food
There are many amazing food courts and restaurants throughout West Edmonton Mall but here are some of my favourites that you must try!
1. Wetzel’s Pretzels
Whenever I walk by Wetzel’s Pretzels I am awed by the smell. The pretzels themselves taste just as good! I recommend stopping for some pretzel bites when wandering the mall. Wetzel’s Pretzels are to die for.
2. Yogen Fruz
This frozen yogurt shop has a vast variety of toppings and the best tasting yogurt. I make sure to stop by here every time I go to the mall.
3. Boba
As you have seen from my 2 Day Montreal Itinerary, I love going to bubble tea shops. The mall has plenty. One of my favourites is Gong Cha. The boba they have tastes amazing.
4. Food Court
The mall has two different food courts. I recommend going to New York Fries or some of the chinese food places within the food courts. Of course you can pick anything, but those are some of my favourites.
Extra’s
There are some extra spots around the mall that I would highly recommend stopping by.
1. Photo booth
There are a couple of photo booths throughout the mall. The photo results are super cute and a perfect place to create memories.
2. Mini Golf
The mini golf course in the mall is super fun and very well designed. Its a fun pass time if you have some extra money and are a golf fan!
Conclusion
I hope you are now prepared for your day trip to West Edmonton Mall!
